PARTNERING WITH URBAN CHURCHES TO IMPACT THEIR COMMUNITIES AND MAKE DISCIPLES FOR JESUS
ABOUT
Thriving Congregations Initiative (TCI) exists to equip under-resourced urban churches in Michigan with practical tools to engage their community and make disciples. Cornerstone University and Nitrogen Network have partnered together to support leaders in urban churches by providing tools, capital, and training to empower their team to equip the church body to carry out their long term vision.
WHAT WE DO
TCI offers resources to assess your church health, coach your next steps, train your leadership on best practices and urban curriculum, and network with other urban practitioners. We also provide qualifying participants with a grant award for the purpose of community engagement and discipleship. Nitrogen catalysts develop an individualized short term action plan for your church based on your initial application and the assessment results.
